Aces Sports Academy Admissions Process
- We are currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 academic year for grades 3rd through 8th.
- If you are interested in applying to ACES Sports Academy, please submit an application so that we can get to know you and your child.
- Upon receiving your application, we will reach out to schedule a tour and a meet and greet so that we can get to know your family, and answer any questions that you may have about ACES Sports Academy.

Shadow Days
We request a shadow day at Aces Sports Academy as part of our admissions process. Students spend the day with their current grade level to get a feel for our classrooms and the pace of the day.

There is a $2,000 non-refundable enrollment fee required to hold your student’s spot.
There are potential financial assistance opportunities with a completed FACTS application. Please contact the school for more information.
PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS:
ANNUAL PAYMENT OPTION:
Tuition paid annually is due on July 1st. There is a $500 discount applied to the total tuition amount for this option.
BIANNUAL PAYMENT OPTION
Tuition is paid biannually with 50% due on or before July 1st, and 50% due on or before December 1st.
MONTHLY PAYMENT OPTION:
Payments will be withdrawn on the 1st business day of the month July through April.
PAYMENT METHODS:
AUTOMATED CLEARING HOUSE (ACH) – Families will fill out a form to authorize Aces to pull payment from a savings or checking account
CREDIT CARD – Credit card payments will be accepted with a 3.5% processing fee
