5th / 6th Grade Teacher

Mr. Heimbinger was born and raised in the “Big Sky ” state of Montana. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Montana State University. He then began teaching 4th, 5th, and 6th grade Social Studies in Chester, Montana for 8 years. He also coached 8th grade girl’s basketball, high school varsity girl’s tennis, and served as the Assistant Athletic Director. It was during this time that he went on to receive his Masters degree in Technology Education. He then moved to CO where his first teaching job was 4th grade in Aurora Public Schools. He then took a “Media Specialist” position at Franklin Elementary in Littleton Public Schools. After a handful of years serving in the Media/Technology capacity he moved back to the classroom, where he taught 5th grade for the remainder of his years at LPS.
